                        KNOWLEDGE FROM DIFFERENT  ORGANIZATION

Cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy were given the chance to be part of the Civil Military Operations Seminar. We were fortunate enough to have acquired skills from members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. When civilians speak about the Armed Forces of the Philippines, specifically the military, what comes to mind are guns, tanks, loud explosions, and war—that our armed forces are there only to face our enemies. This misconception has been erased because of civil-military operations. From the word itself, civil pertains to the general public, which in reality needs constant protection against the enemies of the government. The military is the force of the government tasked with standing guard for the state and its people in times of crisis. The operation is a series of strategically planned events for the attainment of specific goals. The three combined now become a vital tool for our Armed Forces to attain the expected outcomes of their task.

In our Cadet Attachment Program, we, the forty Cadets of the PNPA, expanded our knowledge regarding camaraderie, good relationships, and effective community engagement. The CMO has proven to be so effective that they have become a vital element in the successful implementation of military operations and activities on behalf of the community. The military did not fail to identify the importance of engaging with the community, which is why they made sure that in every operation, the public interest and community participation, either direct or indirect, were not disregarded.

Working with the community and for the community. It is most effective when there is cooperation with its stakeholders, as it boosts the morale of the troops and also gives them pride. The idea is that they did not just benefit from it; they also worked hard and took part in materializing the plan. Civil-military operations are not just limited to regular community relations or engagements; they can also be weapons for counter-insurgency, anti-terrorism, and the mitigation of armed conflicts. In addition to this, there is already an array of proof of the beneficial outcome of the continued conduct of the civil-military operation.

It is already a given that one of the purposes of civil-military operations is to engage in the eradication of internal threats. Amidst this purpose of the CMO, it cannot be denied that its approach is holistic because of its three pillars: PSYOPS, which includes operations through words, deeds, and counter-propaganda. Public Affairs, which aims to promote the transparency of the government through TRIMP to gain intensified public trust in the government from the community, and Civil Affairs, which directly engages with the community through planned activities that aim to provide for the needs of the community, are done independently or in collaboration with key leaders or stakeholders to win the hearts and minds of the general public.

It might not be directly stated, but because of CMO, the Armed Forces maintain a good image and relationship among the people they serve. In addition to this, the Armed Forces can adapt to the ever-changing field of work as their duty and responsibility to our nation are in high demand. Nevertheless, we in the police service may utilize the ideas we gain from the CMO to also properly execute our operations. In this sense, we can be confident that our assigned mission has been fulfilled. Lastly, let’s not just stick to the idea and what the CMO can offer. It serves as a challenge for us to make our version of a CMO for the PNP organization to utilize.

THE NOBLE MAN BEHIND THE CHANGES IN THE ACADEMY

The Philippine National Police Academy is the country’s premier institution that molds young men and women to be leaders of the TRI-Bureau that will make a difference in the lives of the Filipino people. This is a big challenge for the institution to cope with the expectations of the citizens. But there is a man who has dedicated his life to serving the Filipino people. a man who is willing to take on the challenge of leading the institution to its best.

He is no other than the nobleman of the Academy and a father to the cadets; he is PMGEN Eric Escosio Noble. Upon his arrival at the Academy, there are already an array of projects waiting to be implemented, but because of his nobility, all of these are made possible. He had lots of projects that made the Cadet Corps different, and the cadets benefited.

First, he has a project called food for the barracks. The program aims to promote the skills of each cadet in gardening, particularly vegetables. The vision of the director is that if you have planted something, you will also have to harvest something, making the hardships you have endured pay off.

The Director also had an agenda against hazing and maltreatment by introducing WAHGAM (the war against hazing guard against maltreatment). Promoting the program educated the Cadets regarding the consequences of their actions. Thus, every Cadet abides by the said program because of its good indoctrination.

He also shows a concern for the welfare of the Cadet Corps by establishing the Cadet Store. In this store, you can purchase the necessities and things that are needed in the Cadet Corps. He also introduced the doctor to the barracks, who will help cadets with their medical status being monitored.

Water is life, and life is water, so drinking a lot of water is common knowledge in the academy. Finally, our Director came up with a solution to the problem of water shortage by fixing the water pumps as well as the reservoir. Now, the Cadets are no longer experiencing water shortages thanks to the idea of our Director. The Cadet Corps is very fortunate to have this kind of father who always thinks about what is best for the Academy. My snappiest salute to you Sir, and thank you for your love and care for this Institution.

The Heartbeat of Home

Mothers are some of the most remarkable and influential people in our lives. They provide us with a sense of security, unconditional love, and support that we often take for granted. From the moment we are born, they sacrifice their time, energy, and resources to ensure that we are safe, healthy, and happy. They are often the first ones to comfort us when we are upset and the last ones to give up on us when we face challenges. A mother's love is a unique bond that can't be replicated, and it has the power to shape us into the kind, compassionate, and resilient individuals we become. Whether biological, adoptive, or chosen, a mother's impact on our lives is immeasurable, and we should cherish and celebrate them every day.

          A mother is a teache
r, a role model, and a guide. She teaches you life lessons that you will carry for the rest of your life. She shows you the path to righteousness and virtues that will guide you through the journey of life. A mother's love is a beacon of hope that shines through the darkest of times, and it is this love that gives you the strength to carry on.

Her love is expressed not only through her actions but also through her words. Her words are like flowers that bloom in your heart and spread their fragrance throughout your life. She uses words of encouragement, motivation, and inspiration to help you reach your full potential. Her words of wisdom guide you through the trials and tribulations of life, and her words of comfort soothe your soul when you are feeling down.

She is the epitome of sacrifice. She puts her needs and desires aside to cater to the needs of her children. She works tirelessly, day and night, to provide for her family and make their lives comfortable. Her selfless nature is a testament to the strength of her love, and her sacrifices go unnoticed and unappreciated.

In conclusion, a mother is a person who deserves all the love, care, and respect in the world. Her love is unconditional, her guidance is invaluable, and her sacrifices are immeasurable. She is a source of inspiration, a beacon of hope, and a pillar of strength. Her words are like flowers that bloom in your heart.
